What timing should I expect?

Authorized orders usually take about 1–2 business days to process. After dispatch, transportation is estimated at 4–6 business days.

What may be returned?

Qualifying new and unused items may be returned without a defect, and damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also be reported. Exchanges are accepted after review if inventory is available. Begin within 30 days after delivery; see the Refund Policy.

Are return costs or fees added?

Use the free prepaid label included in the package after receiving approval and the confirmed routing instructions. No restocking fee applies. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, while bank posting can take longer.

How do I reach the store?
