Payment review

We prepare merchandise after payment authorization. Issuers and payment providers can reject a transaction, request further verification, or show a temporary pending hold. Accurate billing details should match the payment account; the issuer can explain a continuing decline or hold.

Protecting credentials and returning funds

Complete card numbers, security codes, and passwords should not be sent to us by email. The secure checkout handles sensitive credentials.
