Shipping Policy

After successful payment authorization, our store begins arranging the selected CORKCICLE bottles, cups, coolers, bags, barware, or replacement accessories for dispatch.

Two separate delivery stages

Preparation generally requires about 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after shipment is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count in those estimates, and carrier conditions can affect arrival.

Checkout details and tracking

Eligible destinations, delivery charges, and any thresholds are presented at checkout. Please confirm the full shipping address before submitting the order. Tracking may need additional time to show the first carrier scan.

If a parcel needs investigation

Email mcmahonrush266603@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking record, and a concise description when a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or shown as delivered but cannot be found. Images are useful for visible parcel damage.
